Rebekah is founder of Independence Ventures, a consulting firm specializing in real estate advisory for prominent family offices and institutional investors in Europe, with a focus on operational real estate strategies.

In addition to her consulting work, she sits on the real estate expert council at Global Family Office Community (GFOC), is a Venture Partner at early stage VC fund First Look, investing in women and minority founders, is a Non-executive director and Board member at short term letting operator UnderTheDoormat Group and Board member at PropTech company Hococo, and recently joined Loopliv, a UK senior housing provider, as Senior Advisor.

Rebekah has over 20 years of real estate and investment experience having held senior roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, M7 Real Estate and Marcol and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She currently lives in London with her husband and their two children.
