Rebekah is founder of Independence Ventures, a consulting firm specializing in real estate advisory for prominent family offices and institutional investors in Europe, with a focus on self-storage and other operational real estate strategies. She is also co-founder and Managing Partner at Propela Ventures , an investment firm partnering with family offices providing seed capital to new real estate operators in the living and hospitality sectors.

Rebekah was formerly MD at a single family office in the UK building new platforms in self-storage and other real estate sectors across Europe. She sits on the real estate expert council at Global Family Office Community (GFOC) and is an active Angel investor and Venture Partner in an early-stage VC fund investing in technology founded by women and minorities. In addition, Rebekah holds a number of Directorships in Europe for Heitman-owned entities, is a Non-executive director (NED) and board member at UndertheDoormat Group, board member at Proptech company Hococo, and Senior Advisor for a later living rental operator, Loopliv.

Rebekah has over 20 years of real estate and investment experience having held senior roles at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, M7 Real Estate and Marcol and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Originally from the US, Rebekah is currently based between London and Amsterdam.
